2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Pudding:
500 ml milk (approx. 2 cups)
80 g vanilla pudding powder or cornstarch (approx. 2/3 cup)
2 tablespoons sugar
Cream:
300 ml heavy cream (approx. 1 1/4 cups)
30 g powdered sugar (approx. 1/4 cup)
400 g heavy cream (30% fat, approx. 1 2/3 cups)
For sprinkling:
100 g walnuts (approx. 1 cup)
100 g desiccated coconut (approx. 1 cup)
Chocolate
Bake 200°C / 392°F, 30 minutes, top/bottom heat
heat baking pan:
32cm × 23cm (approx. 12.5 × 9 inch)
