Salt: 7g (≈ 1 1/4 tsp)
Unsalted butter: 30g (≈ 2 tbsp) - softened
Extra: Milk and butter for that perfect golden finish.
⏲️ STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Mix: Combine flour, yeast, and water. No kneading required.
First Rest: 30–40 minutes covered.
The Fold: 10–12 folds with wet hands to strengthen the dough.
