Bread Flour (Un): 500 g / 17.6 oz / ā 4 cups
Instant Dry Yeast (Maya): 6 g / 2 tsp
Cold Water (SoÄuk Su): 390 ml / 1.6 cups
Salt (Tuz): 7 g / 1 ¼ tsp
Unsalted Butter (TereyaÄı): 30 g / 2 tbsp (for dough) + 1 tbsp (for shaping)

Mix: Combine flour and yeast with a whisk. Add water and salt. Mix until no dry flour is left.
Butter: Spread 30g of butter over the dough.
First Rise: Cover and rest until doubled in volume (approx. 2 hours).
Shape: Gently scrape the dough out. Stretch, spread 1 tbsp butter, and roll as shown.
Second Rise: Place in a 20x11x11 cm pan. Rest for 30ā40 minutes.
Bake: 210°C (410°F) for 30 minutes with a bowl of boiling water for steam.
