Ingredients:
Milk- 425ml, 1.8 cups, 14.4 oz
Instant yeast- 2 tsp, 6g
Sugar- 2 tbsp, 25g, 0.9 oz
Milk powder- 2 tbsp, 15g

Bread flour- 600g, 5 cups, 21.15oz
Salt- 5g, 1 tsp
Unsalted Butter for dough kneading -30g, 1 oz
Unsalted Butter for spread- 200g, 7 oz

For egg wash:
Egg yolk- 1
Milk -2 tbsp

methods:
• First, prepare the yeast mixture with milk, yeast, sugar, and milk powder.
• Then pour the yeast mixture into the flour and mix everything together until there are no dry patches left.
• Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes to hydrate properly.
• Next, knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.
• Then add the softened butter and continue kneading until the dough turns silky and stretchy.
• Place the dough into a greased bowl, cover, and proof until doubled in size.
• Once proofed, gently punch the dough down, divide it into 2 pieces, and roll each dough into a large rectangle.
• Then spread the softened butter evenly all across the surface.
• Roll the dough tightly into a spiral, and cut into even pieces.
• Place the rolls into the baking tray, cover, and proof again until light and puffy.
• Brush the top with egg wash, and then bake (165c for 30in) until beautifully golden brown.
