Ingredients
US cup measurement: 240 ml is used.
Water: 500 ml / 16.9 fl oz / 2 cups + 1 tbsp
Bread flour (12% protein): 660 g / 23.3 oz / 5¼ cups
Dry yeast: 6 g / 2 tsp
Salt: 8 g / ½ tbsp
🔥 Baking Instructions: Preheat your oven to 210°C (410°F). Bake for 25–30 minutes. Pro Tip: Place a bowl of boiling water on the bottom of the oven to create steam for that golden, crackling crust!
