Ingredients:
480 g - 16.9 oz - ~4 cups
Bread flour. (%12 protein)
6 g - 2 tsp
instant dry yeast
360 ml - 12.2 fl oz - 1.5 cups
Water.
7 g - 0.25 oz - 1 1/4 tsp
Salt.
Loaf pan size:
20 Ć 11 Ć 8 cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C / 410°F for 25ā30 minutes.
For steam, place a bowl of boiling water on the bottom of the oven.
