Recipe and ingredients:
200 ml milk
2 tablespoons sugar
8 g dry yeast
2 eggs
150 g sour cream.
600 g all-purpose flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
80 g softened butter.
2 egg yolks + 1 tablespoon milk.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
