Recipe:
Quark-Oil Dough:
130 g quark (4.6 oz)
50 ml milk (1.7 fl oz)
1 egg
300 g flour (10.6 oz)
1 tsp baking powder (0.5 oz)
80 g sugar (2.8 oz)
50 ml oil (1.7 fl oz)
Topping:
50 g sugar (1.8 oz)
1 tsp vanilla sugar (0.3 oz)
100 g butter (3.5 oz)
30 g honey (1.1 oz)
200 g almond flakes (7.0 oz)
Cream:
10 g gelatin (0.35 oz)
200 ml heavy cream (6.8 fl oz)
50 g powdered sugar (1.8 oz)
250 g mascarpone (8.8 oz)
Baking time:
165° degrees circulating air (350°F.) approx. 30 - 35 minutes
