6 inch cocoa chiffon cake:
50g low-gluten flour /cake flour
10g cocoa powder
30g oil
60g milk
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
5g lemon juice
50g sugar
140C/275F bake about 50 minutes
Chocolate Ovaltine Sauce:
60g chocolate
30~40 g Ovaltine powder
85g whipped cream / fresh cream
Pour the heated whipped cream into the chocolate ovata and mix well
After refrigerating, divide into 2 portions, add 12g milk to half and mix well.
Add 200g whipped cream/fresh cream to the other half and beat until thick and soft.

6寸可可戚风蛋糕:
50g 低筋面粉
10g 可可粉
30g 油
60g 奶
3个 蛋黄
3个 蛋白
5g 柠檬汁
50g 糖
140C/275F 烤50分钟左右
巧克力阿华田酱:
60g 巧克力
30~40 g 阿华田粉
85g 淡奶油/鲜奶油
把加热即将滚起的淡奶油冲入到巧克力阿华田里拌匀
冷藏凝固后分成2份,一半加入12g 牛奶拌匀。
另一半加入200g 淡奶油/鲜奶油 打发稠软。
