
Decadent Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake | Creamy, Rich & Dreamy
Inspired by the rich flavors of Dubai's luxurious chocolate and date confections, this cheesecake blends creamy indulgence with a bold Middle Eastern twist. Think velvety smooth filling, rich chocolate, and that signature taste of pistachios. This one’s not just dessert—it’s a statement.
Ingredients
-for the chocolate cake (1st layer)
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown or white sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1 cup flour
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1½ tsp. baking powder
-for the kadayif & pistachio layer (2nd layer)
30 gr. butter
2 cups chopped kadayif
1 cup pistachio butter
-for the cheesecake (3rd layer)
350 gr. cream cheese
200 gr. heavy cream
200 gr. sweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste)
-for the chocolate ganache (4th layer)
150 gr. semi-dark chocolate
75 gr. heavy cream
Pistachio butter, as needed
1–2 tbsp. freeze-dried strawberry flakes
Instructions
Layer 1
-Mix all ingredients until smooth and bake at 170°C (338°F) for 15 minutes. The pan size should be 28×18 cm.
-Once cooled, cut the cake and place it in your serving dish.
Layer 2
-Melt the butter, add the kadayif, and sauté until golden. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
-Add pistachio butter and mix well. Let it cool, then spread evenly over the cake layer.
Layer 3
-Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until blended. Increase the mixer speed and beat until smooth. Pour over the kadayif layer and level the surface.
Layer 4:
-Melt the chocolate and cream together in the microwave or over a double boiler.
-Stir until smooth and pour over the cheesecake layer. Drizzle pistachio butter on top (using a piping bag if desired) and decorate with freeze-dried strawberry flakes.
-Let cool in the fridge.
