Milk (70 ml/2.36 fl oz).
Butter (40 g/1.4 oz).
Sugar (6 g/1/2 teaspoon) and a pinch of salt.
Flour (50 g/1.75 oz).
2 eggs.
Flour (35 g / 1.22 oz), powdered sugar (25 g / 0.88 oz).
Butter (40 g/1.4 oz).
For the perfect cream:
3 egg yolks.
Sugar (120 g/4.2 oz).
Cornstarch (35 g/3 level tablespoons).
Milk (420 ml/1 + 3/4 cups).
Soft butter (180 g/6.3 oz).
