The apartment build is crawling along. December has really kicked my but personally—sickness, death in the family, wisdom tooth extraction, blah, blah, blah. But we're making progress. Despite more than a decade of banking at one location and a credit score just under 800, our bank denied our loan request, so we are back to funding it ourselves, which is fine. On a positive note, we have hot water and a flushing toilet again!
