Recipe:
3 eggs 🥚🥚🥚.
A pinch of salt.
1 tsp vanilla sugar.
200 g sugar (1 cup / 7 oz).
Beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.
Mix well until the mixture is creamy.
120 ml oil (1/2 cup / 4 fl oz).
180 g yogurt (3/4 cup / 6.3 oz).
zest of a lemon.
Juice of one lemon.
250 g flour (2 cups / 9 oz).
Add the flour in two stages so that the dough mixes better.
12 g baking powder (1 tbsp / 0.4 oz).
Mix well.
Mix everything well until the dough is smooth.
22 cm (8.6 inch) casserole dish.
Grease the baking tin with butter so that the baking paper stays in place.
Bake for 35–40 minutes at 175°C (347°F).
