Ingredients: (1cup=240ml)
Zest of two oranges
Sugar 130g (2/3 cup)
Oil 120ml (1/2 cup)
The juice of 2 large oranges
Flour 300g (2cups)
Baking powder 15g (1 and 1/4 tablespoons)
Vanilla 1/2tsp
Boiling water 80ml (1/3 cup)
Vinegar 1tbsp

24cm baking dish
175°C (350°F) bake for 35_40 minutes.

For a delicious orange cream:🤤
Cornstarch 4 tablespoons
Sugar 4 tablespoons
Vanilla 1/2tsp
Fresh orange juice 220ml (1 heaping cup)
Stir constantly over low heat until thickened.
