When the owners first set out to build Hamatreya, the vision was to create "an elegant Manhattan Penthouse in the Shenandoah Valley."

After four years of searching for the perfect property and then several more years assembling a team to bring this vision to life, Hamatreya became a reality.

It has since won numerous design awards, beating out many log homes more than double its square footage.
