Boston Cream Cake! One of my favorite cakes! 😋

A visually appealing and aromatic cake with minimal effort - a great recipe if you want to spoil your loved ones with a homemade cake.

🍰 Ingredients:
✅For the dough:
200 g flour (1.5 cups).
1.5 tsp baking powder (≈ 7 g).
200 ml butter (1 cup).
4 eggs.
1 pinch of salt.
200 g sugar (1 cup).
240 ml boiling water.

✅For the glaze:
1 egg.
30 g cornstarch.
160 g condensed milk.
250 ml milk.
180 g softened butter.

✅For the Glaze:
3 tablespoons sugar.
3 tablespoons sour cream (15 or 20%).
3 tablespoons cocoa powder.
35 g butter.
