The most Delicate "CHOCOLATE-NUT Ice Cream" Cake! Incredibly delicious! Melts in mouth! Without gelatin!
Ingredients for a chocolate cake (28x18 cm) (or for a round baking dish 24-26 cm):
4 medium-sized eggs
a pinch of salt
16 g vanilla sugar
180 g of sugar
100 ml of milk (room temperature)
100 g of odorless vegetable oil
220 g flour
40 g of cocoa
10 g baking powder
I bake the chocolate cake in a preheated oven
about 35 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius on the top-bottom mode without convection at medium level, until it is ready, and I check with a wooden stick to keep it dry and clean
INGREDIENTS for the pudding:
Bring 350 ml of milk to a boil
38 g of vanilla pudding powder (or 40 g of corn starch + vanilla flavor)
50 g of sugar
and 150 ml of cold milk
50 g butter
INGREDIENTS for nutella cream:
150 ml cold cream (min. 32% fat)
125 g cold mascarpone cheese
150 g of chocolate nut paste (nutella or analogues)
INGREDIENTS for the top cream:
200 ml cold cream (min. 32% fat)
15 g powdered sugar
16 g vanilla sugar
1/3 of the mass of biscuit crumbs
50 g of roasted hazelnuts and biscuit crumbs for decoration
