RECIPE:
01. 00:00 Let’s make oatmeal muffins!
85 g oats
Grind into flour.
2 pears.
Juice of half a lemon.
Blend into a puree.
Mix well.
2 bananas.
Mash with a fork until smooth.
Add to the oat mixture.
2 eggs.
1 tsp baking powder.
1 tsp cinnamon.
Salt.
Mix everything well.
1 tbsp Greek yogurt/sour cream.
50 g raisins.
Rinse with hot water.
Place on a paper towel.
Mix well.
50 g prunes.
Rinse with hot water.
Place on a paper towel.
Finely chop.
Mix everything well.
Olive oil.
Walnuts.
Chop.
Sprinkle on top.
Honey.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F) in the oven.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 2 tbsp.
Honey 1 tbsp.
Almonds.
Chop.
A very delicious sweet sauce!
Done!
The tastiest muffins are ready!

120 g oats
250 ml hot milk
Let steep for 10 minutes
2 bananas
Peel and chop
Mash the banana with a fork.
Add the banana to the flavored oatmeal.
2 eggs
Mix well.
Add the eggs to the oatmeal.
45 g cocoa
Sift through a sieve.
1 tsp baking powder
Knead the dough.
Olive oil
Spread the dough evenly.
45 g walnuts
Chop
Sprinkle on top.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F) in the oven.
The chocolate cake is ready!
75 g dark chocolate.
Olive oil.
Melt in a water bath.
Fill chocolate into a piping bag.
Very delicious and healthy!
2–3 tbsp Greek yogurt/sour cream.
1 tsp honey.
Walnuts.
Grind.
A very delicious sweet sauce!
