🧅 Onion Blossom Recipe  
Wet Ingredients:  
- ½ tsp onion powder  
- 2 eggs  
- ½ cup milk (2% or whole)  
- ½ cup heavy cream  
- Pinch of paprika  

Dry Ingredients:  
- 1 cup all-purpose flour  
- 1 tsp black pepper  
- 1 tsp garlic powder  
- 1 tsp Mrs. Dash blend  
- ½ tsp salt  
- 1 tsp thyme  
- 2 tbsp cornstarch  

👩‍🍳 Instructions:  
1. Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl until smooth.  
2. In another bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.  
3. Peel onion but leave root/core intact. Slice downward around the onion, stopping before the root, to create petals.  
4. Dip onion in flour mix, shake off excess. Dip into wet batter, then back into flour mix.
