✅ Step 1. Sponge cake

🥚 Eggs - 6 pcs. (~60 g each)
🍬 Sugar — 140 g
🌾 Flour — 180 g
🧂 Salt — a pinch
🌸 Vanillin — to taste

✅ Step 2. Cake cream

🥚 Eggs — 3 pcs.
🍬 Sugar — 100 g
🌾 Flour — 35 g
🌽 Starch — 35 g
🥛 Yogurt — 750 ml
🧈 Butter — 250 g
🌸 Vanillin

✔ Any yogurt will do: strawberry, vanilla or natural (with sugar is possible). Quantity

✅ Step 3. Filling

🍓 Strawberries — ~500 g.
🍬 Sugar — to taste
