Recipe and ingredients:
150 g oatmeal.
Blend with a mixer.
Salt to taste.
1 tsp dried garlic.
2 tbsp (20 g) psyllium husks.
2 tsp (10 g) baking powder.
120 g flaxseed.
Grind half in a coffee grinder.
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil.
480 ml hot water.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
Spread the dough in the dish.
Sprinkle with flaxseed.
Let rise for 15 minutes.
Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 45–55 minutes until golden brown.
200 g cream cheese.
1 tbsp (20 g) parsley.
2 tbsp (20 g) green onions.
2 tbsp (30 g) Parmesan.
1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice.
Black pepper.
Garlic clove.
Once the bread is ready, it needs to cool.
