🥄 Ingredients: (1 cup = 250 ml)

3 eggs 🥚🥚🥚.
12 tablespoons sugar (180 g).
A pinch of salt.
Some vanilla.
12 tablespoons sunflower oil (120 ml).
12 tablespoons milk (120 ml).
Zest of one lemon.
Juice of one lemon.
12 tablespoons flour (180 g).
1 tablespoon baking powder (15 g).
26 cm baking dish.
Bake at 175 °C for 35–40 minutes.
