INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
6 egg whites, beaten until stiff of snow with a pinch of salt;
6 egg yolks;
¾ cups (tea) of sugar (105g);
½ cup (tea) of wheat flour (70g);
½ box of cream (100ml);
⅓ cup (tea) of oil (80ml);
⅓ cup (tea) of cocoa powder (30g);
1 tablespoon (soup) of vanilla essence (15ml);
½ teaspoon of baking powder (2.5g).
Topping:
200g of Suflair chocolate or milk chocolate;
1 box of cream (200g);
Suflair chocolate to taste for decoration.
The pan used in the recipe is 26cm x 22cm.
