Only oats and yogurt! Healthy diet cake in 5 minutes! No sugar, no flour!
Recipes and Ingredients:
Recipe 1
130 g oats.
250 ml warm water.
Let sit for 5 minutes.
2 egg whites.
2 tbsp sweetener.
120 g yogurt.
50 g butter.
1 apple.
80 g blueberries.
Bake for 50 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Recipe 2
100 g oats.
200 ml milk.
2 eggs.
Pinch of salt.
1 spoon vanilla.
2 bananas.
1 apple.
Avocado oil.
Cranberries.
30 g walnuts.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Recipe 3
1 cup oats.
1 egg.
A pinch of salt.
2 tsp sweetener.
120 g yogurt.
1 tsp agave syrup.
30 g butter.
100 ml milk.
5 g baking powder.
1 apple.
Avocado oil.
Lemon juice.
Cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Recipe 4
2 cups oats.
200 ml milk.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
150 g yogurt.
2 eggs.
2 tbsp honey.
60 g raisins.
60 g cranberries.
50 g nuts.
18 cm (7 inch) pan.
Almond flakes.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
