Day 169 - Side by Side vs Jeep

Where we find the SxS to be the better choice:
- Tight maneuverability
- Faster on the bumpy surfaces
- Faster in and out of the vehicle
- Burns less gas
- Dump bed
- Automatic transmission, anyone can drive
- In the beginning of our property venture we had no trail system in place. The Jeep would have been very useless in the early few months.

Where we find the Jeep to be the better choice:
- Stronger. Better for pulling full size trailer
- More rain proof, water proof tool storage
- Waaaaaaay better windshield, with wipers and washing fluid
- More people can ride
- Bigger winch and heavier vehicle allows for more creative uses of the winch as a tool, not just for getting un-stuck.
- Summer and winter climate control. Neutral for me, huge plus for my wife.
- Better parts availability
- Will hold value longer

Neutral thoughts
- top and doors off the Jeep gives the open air feel of the SxS
- both can access our entire property via the trail system
