110 g unsalted butter
40 g vegetable oil
200 g granulated sugar
2 eggs
125 g milk
1/2 tablespoon vinegar
1+1/2 tablespoons instant coffee
1 tsp cocoa powder
30 g hot water
1 tsp vanilla extract

250 g whipping cream
50 g Sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp instant coffee
2 tsp hot water
a pinch of salt

Tray size 9x9 inch

How To Bake
Bake preheated oven at the 170°C for 30-35 minutes
