Ingredients:

Apples - 3
Butter - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 50 g (1/4 cup)
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon to taste

All-purpose flour - 250-280 g (2-2 1/3 cups)
Sugar - 90 g (about 7 tbsp)
Butter - 110 g (about 7 3/4 tbsp)
Eggs - 2
Baking powder - 1.5 tsp
Salt - a pinch

Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 18-20 minutes. Baking time and temperature may vary depending on your oven.
