Self-quarantine or not, let's keep on chasing these gainz!

Today, we'll be doing an arm workout that you can do right at home with a pair of dumbbells or anything that can be used as a pair of dumbbells!

Of course, most importantly, never forget that your fitness goals are fueled also through your nutrition, so always remember to stay consistent with both your nutrition & training.

This workout consists of 2 tri-sets (a tri-set is three exercises performed back to back with no rests in between. The first exercise in each exercise will always be a shoulder exercise, the second a bicep exercise, and the third a triceps exercise.)

DB-ONLY ARM WORKOUT:
1) a. Arnold Press | 10 reps
b. Zottman Curls | 12 reps
c. Single-Arm Overhead Triceps Extension | 12 reps/arm
d. Rest for 60 seconds.
Repeat a-d for a total of 3x.
2) a. Lateral Raises | 12 reps
b. Static Hold DB Curls | 12 reps/arm
c. Tricep Kickbacks | 12 reps/arm
d. Rest for 60 seconds.
Repeat a-d for a total of 3x.

Remember to use weights that are challenging for you but that you can also work with while keeping proper form.
