I just bought some chestnuts a few days ago; their delicate texture and rich aroma made them the perfect pairing for this dish. Every bite is a taste of the beautiful season!
每当秋意渐浓,芋头的美味便如约而至,而最近我尤其钟爱这道芋儿栗子羹,作为早餐,不仅能满足味蕾,还能让胃里暖意融融,仿佛整个秋天都被它温柔地拥抱!再加上前几天刚买的野生板栗,口感细腻,香气扑鼻,简直堪称绝配!每一口都让人陶醉在这美妙的秋日气息中!
Ingredients/食材:
芋儿 300g Taro
野生板栗 120g Chestnut
红萝卜 40g Carrot
青笋 40g Celtuce
香菇 1朵 One Fresh Shiitake Mushroom
干香菇 2朵 Two Dried Shiitake Mushrooms
香菇水 300ml Water That Soaked Shiitake Mushroom
调味料/Seseonings:
胡椒粉 1小勺 1 Tsp Black Pepper
香油 1小勺 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
盐 适量 Salt to Taste
