I made this version of asparagus rolls using king oyster mushrooms, and it turned out quite well. The idea came from bacon-wrapped asparagus. I substitute the bacon with king oyster mushrooms, and it turned out perfectly. The mushrooms add a rich texture to this dish, and combined with the crispy asparagus and coated in a savory teriyaki sauce, it is truly delicious!
偶然间做了这道杏鲍菇版本的芦笋卷感觉还不错，做法灵感来自培根芦笋卷，我试了一下这个杏鲍菇版本能够完美替代，杏鲍菇丰富了成菜的口感，和脆脆的芦笋融合裹满下饭的照烧汁真的很美味！

Ingredients/食材:
芦笋 一把 A Bunch of Asparagus
杏鲍菇 1根（选长点的）One King Oyster Mushroom

调味料/Seasonings：
黑胡椒 1/4小勺 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
赤砂糖 1/2小勺 1/2 Tsp Brown Sugar
生抽 1大勺 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
清水 2大勺 2 Tbsp Water
玉米淀粉 1/2小勺 1/2 Tsp Cornstarch
盐 适量 Salt
生姜 几片 A Few Slices of Ginger
素芝士 适量（可选）Vegan Cheese (Optional)
柠檬汁 几滴（可选）Few Drop Lemon Juice (Optional)
