I've completely fallen in love with this tomato juice braised rice. It's prepared with a variety of vegetables, making it very nutritionally balanced. It's particularly suitable as a meal for one or as a packed lunch.

Ingredients/食材:
大米 1.5杯 1.5 Cup of rice
番茄 1个 One Tomato
豌豆 80g Peas
土豆 200g Potatoes
胡萝卜 半根 Half Carrot
玉米 半根 Half Corn
香菇 2朵 Two Shiitake Mushrooms
杏鲍菇 半根 Half King Oyster Mushroom
素高汤或水 适量 Vegetable Broth or Water
盐 适量 Salt
黑胡椒适量 Black Pepper
调味料/Seasonings:
白胡椒粉 1/2小勺 1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder
酱油 1大勺 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
