这次拍了我一整天的日常,这是我近两年的状态,虽然感觉很忙碌,但我感觉挺充实,而以前的我会一觉睡到中午,半夜还会出去撸串烧烤,自从这几年开始蔬食生活后改变了我的生活状态,我会更想寻求内心的宁静,对我自己来说算是个新的开始吧!无论如何,希望美食能够治愈你的心呀

This time I recorded my daily routine. This has been my routine for the past two years. Although I was very busy, I felt very fulfilled. In the past, I would sleep until noon and go out to barbecue in the mid-night. Since the beginning of the veggie life two years ago, my life has changed. I now want to seek inner peace even more. It is a new beginning for myself! In any case, I hope food can heal your heart

Ingredients/材料:
贝果三明治/Bagel Sandwich:
贝果,芒果,香蕉,火麻仁,南瓜籽,杏仁酱
Bagel, mango, banana, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, almond butter
杏仁酱(做法和花生酱一样,烤箱150度烤20分钟左右,放搅拌机加入一大匙芥花油打成酱)
Homemade Almond butter (same method as peanut butter, bake at 150°C for about 20 minutes, and add a tablespoon of canola oil in a blender to make it into butter)

烤胡萝卜沙拉/Roasted carrot salad::
手指胡萝卜,小番茄,芝麻菜,蓝莓,素芝士粉,火麻仁,南瓜籽
Finger carrots, small tomatoes, arugula, blueberries, vegetarian cheese powder, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds

沙拉酱:杏仁酱两小匙,椰子粉½小匙,苹果醋两小匙,枫糖浆一小匙,少量盐和黑胡椒
Salad dressing: 2 teaspoons of almond butter, ½ teaspoon of coconut flour, 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup, a pinch of salt and black pepper

黑芝麻豆浆:黄豆,黑芝麻,椰枣
Black sesame soy milk: soybeans, black sesame, dates

台式素臊饭: Taiwan Style lo bah png
食材:老豆腐,包浆豆腐,毛豆,土豆,胡萝卜,香菇,干香菇,生姜
Ingredients: Firm tofu, silk tofu, edamame, potatoes, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, dried shiitake mushrooms, ginger
调味料:生抽,五香粉,白胡椒粉,海盐,赤砂糖,香菇耗油,水淀粉,泡香菇的水
Seasoning: light soy sauce, five-spice powder, white pepper, sea salt, brown sugar, vegan oyster sauce, Starch slurry, water from soaked mushrooms

海苔油麦菜卷/Seaweed and Lettuce Roll
食材:海苔,油麦菜,花生碎
Ingredients: seaweed, lettuce, crushed peanuts
调味料:芝麻酱两小匙,生抽一小匙,辣油½小匙,糙米醋一小匙,赤砂糖一小匙,海盐¼小匙
Seasoning: 2 teaspoons of sesame paste, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, ½ teaspoon of chili oil, 1 teaspoon of brown rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, ¼ teaspoon of sea salt

豆角焖甜菜根面/Braised Beetroot Noodles with Green Beans
中筋面粉 200克 200g all-purpose flour
全麦面粉 100克 100g whole wheat flour
碱面1克 1g Soda Ash(aka Baked baking soda)
盐3克 3g of salt
甜菜汁130克(180克甜菜根+120克水打碎,也可以用菠菜汁来做)
130g of beet juice (180g of beetroot + 120g of water to blend, you can also use spinach juice)
(如果用买的碱水面需要拌油上蒸锅蒸10分钟再煮)
(If you use the noodle bought from store, you need to mix oil in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes before cooking)

食材:豆角,土豆,金针菇,香菇,干香菇,生姜,大蒜
Ingredients: green beans, potatoes, enoki mushroom, shiitake mushroom, dried shiitake mushroom, ginger, garlic
调味料:豆瓣酱一小匙,生抽两小匙,八角半个,香叶半片,五香粉1/4小匙,酱油膏一小匙,香菇耗油一小匙,赤砂糖½小匙,海盐,泡香菇的水
Seasoning: 1 teaspoon of Doubanjiang (Soy bean paste), 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce, half star anise, half bay leaf, 1/4 teaspoon of five-spice powder, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce glaze, 1 teaspoon of vegan oyster sauce, ½ teaspoon of brown sugar, sea salt, water from soaked shiitake mushrooms
