In today's video, I will show you some of my daily meals, including breakfast. I hope you like it.

早餐/Breakfast:
香蕉开放式三明治 Banana Open Sandwich

食材/Ingredients:
黑麦面包(或者其它面包)Rye Bread (or other type of bread)
超级花生酱 Super Peanut Butter
香蕉 Banana
椰子脆片 Coconut Chips
可可碎 Cocoa Nibs

糙米浆/Brown Rice Milk:
糙米(浸泡一夜蒸熟保存)Brown Rice (soaked overnight and then steamed to preserve)
生腰果(几颗就可以,加了味道很好)Raw Cashew (just a few pieces to add extra flavour)
椰枣或其它甜味剂 Date or Other Sweeteners


午餐/Lunch:
黄金大锅贴 Golden Crushed Potsticker

食材/Ingredients:
玉米饺子粉 200g(非玉米面粉)Corn Dumpling Flour 200g (not corn flour)
水 135g Water 135g

馅料/Filling::
梅干菜 20g Meigan Cai
老豆腐 150g Firm Tofu
卷心菜 120g Cabbage
粉丝 20g Vermicelli
秀珍菇 80g Small Oyster Mushroom
香菇 3朵 3 Shiitake Mushrooms
胡萝卜 60g Carrot
香菜 一株 1 Coriander

豆乳味噌汤/Soy Milk Miso Soup::
油豆腐 4个 4 Tofu Puffs
白菜心 一株 1 Cabbage Hearts
荷兰豆 50g Snow Peas
秀珍菇 50g Small Oyster Mushroom

调味料/Seasoning:
姜泥 4g Crushed Ginger
白味噌 一大匙 1 Tbsp White Miso
日式昆布高汤 350 ml Kombu Broth/ Dashi
豆奶 150ml Soy Milk


晚餐/Dinner:
羽衣甘蓝凤梨思慕雪 Kale Pineapple Smoothie

食材/Ingredients::
羽衣甘蓝 两片 Two Pieces of Kale
熟透香蕉 一根 One Ripe Banana
凤梨 100g Pineapple
亚麻籽粉 一小匙 1 Tsp Flaxseed Powder
南瓜子 一大匙 1 Tsp Pumpkin Seeds
燕麦片 两大匙 2 Tbsp Oatmeal
豆奶 150-200 ml Soy Milk
奇亚籽 一小匙 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
黑巧克力 一小匙 1 Tsp Dark Chocolate
