烤燕麦食材/Toasted Oatmeal:
燕麦片二分之一杯 1/2 cup Oatmeal
杏仁奶220ml Almond milk 220ml
苹果 半个 Half an apple
橙子汁 半个 Orange juice half
橙皮 半个 Orange peel half
枫糖浆 适量 Maple syrup to your taste
可可粉 一小匙 1 Tsp cocoa powder
肉桂粉 ¼小匙 ¼ Tsp of cinnamon powder
生山核桃 适量 Raw pecans to taste
