
「素食」超級花生醬 |【Vegan】Super Power Peanut Butter
The reason why I call it super power peanut butter is because I add chia seeds and flax seeds in the peanut butter. Both flax seeds and chia seeds are high in Omega-3 and full of nutrition, which is good for the health. Eating plain flax seeds and chia seeds alone is boring, so I add them into the peanut butter. When you spread it on bread or make PB&J, you actually add more nutrients into the daily diet. Oh, by the way, I also add some pistachios and goji berries to boost the flavour and the nutrition of this peanut butter. Of course, you can use other nuts instead.
為什麼叫超級花生醬?因為它不同於普通花生醬,裡面加了更多營養素,其中有素食界的明星食物奇亞籽和亞麻籽,亞麻籽和奇亞籽都含有優質的Omega-3,這是日常飲食中容易缺乏的,單吃亞麻籽和奇亞籽其實不是很方便,將它磨成粉才會更好的吸收,但單吃粉味道不容易接受,我巧妙的把它們加入了花生醬,當你用它們抹麵包時你根本感受不到它的存在,無形之中就將它們的營養收入囊中。哦對了,我還加了一些生開心果和枸杞,生開心果和枸杞都是非常有營養的食物,尤其是枸杞更是在國外火了起來,當然,你可以用其它堅果代替。
Ingredients/材料::
花生 250g Peanuts
芥花油 一大匙 1Tbsp Canola Oil
奇亞籽 一大匙 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
亞麻籽 兩大匙 2Tbsp Flax Seeds
枸杞 兩大匙 2Tbsp Goji Berry (aka Woldberry)
生開心果 ¼杯 1/4 Cup Pistachios
TIPS:
1. You can add more flaxseed and chia seed powder, but the more you add, the more their flavor will be prominent.
2. Don't make too much at one time, the nutrition and taste will be compromised if it is left for too long.
3. In the video, I used a high-power blender that can crush the nuts into butter in tens of seconds. If your blender is not powerful enough, try to reduce the amount of the nuts at one time, and make sure you follow the instruction of the blender to avoid burning the machine.
1.你可以加更多的亞麻籽和奇亞籽粉末,但加得越多它們的味道會更突出。
2.一次性不要做太多,放太久營養和味道都會打折扣。
3.視頻中使用高轉速破壁機配合攪拌棒能在幾十秒打成醬,如果你的機器轉速不高最好用寬杯的攪拌機操作,以免燒壞機子。
