Ingredients/材料:
益生菌水/Probiotic water::
糙米 一杯 Brown rice 1 cup
饮用水 一杯(250ml)Water
步骤:将糙米和水加入开水消毒的罐子中,用纱布封口,然后静置2天左右,直到水变得微微发酸并略微浑浊,摇晃会生成大量气泡说明成功了。20几度温度最合适,如果气温太高则不能静置太久,成功后及时放入冰箱保存
(注:发霉发臭的水不能使用,说明罐子未消毒或者有油脂)
Step: Add brown rice and water into a pot sterilized by boiled water, and seal it with cheese cloth, Then let it stand for about 2 days until the water becomes slightly sour and slightly turbid. When shaking, the water will generate a lot of bubbles, twhich indicates the success. The temperature of 20 Celsius degrees is the ideal room temperature. If the temperature is too high, you have to shorten the fermentation time. After you success, put it in the refrigerator (Note: If a moldy and smelly water comes out, it indicates that the jar is not fully disinfected and the water should be disposed).

●TIPS:
1.豆奶要用鲜豆奶更佳,香浓味更足更美味,这一步不要偷懒买市面上包装的成品,自己现做可以做更高的浓度味道更好,通常我喜欢加点糯米粉,口感多了一份绵密,不喜欢也可以不用。
2.椰子酸奶我一般不单独食用,它有点像酸酸的奶油,我会搭配蛋糕、松饼、三明治会更好吃。
3.所有使用的容器和器具都需要消毒,水都要使用纯净水
4.菌粉里面的成分很多是从奶制品提取,当然不是严格素食也可以直接用菌粉代替,但天然的方式更有趣不是吗
●TIPS:
1. If you can get fresh soy milk, use fresh one. It is more fragrant and more delicious. You can also make it yourself. Usually I like to add a little glutinous rice flour, which gives it a more dense and sticky taste. You don’t need to do it if you don’t like it.
2. I usually don't eat coconut yogurt alone. It is a bit like sour cream. I will use it with cakes, muffins, and sandwiches to make it more delicious.
3. All containers and utensils used must be disinfected, and pure water is recommended.
4. Many ingredients in the bacterial powder are extracted from dairy products. Of course, it is not a vegan or can be directly replaced with bacterial powder, but the natural way is more interesting, isn’t it?
