Remember the curry cubes I made last week? Today, I will use it to make a red lentil curry. Red lentils is a kind of very convenient bean; easy to cook. It's rich in protein, and have the fragrance of chestnut in the taste. It is very good for making soup and curry.
还记得上周做的咖喱块吗?今天就用它制作一款我特别喜欢的红扁豆咖喱,红扁豆是一种非常方便的豆类,非常容易浸泡,而且蛋白质丰富,口感还有板栗的清香,做汤和做咖喱都特别棒。
I will also use cauliflower in this curry. Since it tastes really delicious in winter season, which makes this curry tastes even better when paired with it. White sweet potatoes that I dug at my grandmother’s house will be added. After all, winter is the time for root vegetables.
冬天的花椰菜非常美味,这款咖喱搭配了花椰菜味道更鲜美了,我特地搭配了去外婆家挖的白红薯,冬天就是要吃点根菜才会暖暖的有饱足感。
There is a trick to making smooth curry: adding some dark chocolate, this will increase the texture and make the curry smoother.
做咖喱有个技巧就是加点黑巧克力,增加一些口感层次同时咖喱也会更香滑。
Ingredients/材料:
花椰菜 250g Cauliflower
白薯 150g Sweet Potato
胡萝卜 80g Carrot
红扁豆 100g Red Lentils
香菜 1棵 One Coriander
调味料/Seasonings:

海盐 适量 Sea Salt
无糖椰奶 150ml Unsweetened Coconut Milk
纯黑巧克力 90% 8g 90% Dark Chocolate
其它/Others:
煎藕片、甜椒、花椰菜、蟹味菇、炸红扁豆
Fried Lotus Root Slices, Sweet Peppers, Cauliflower, White Beech Mushroom, Fried Red Lentils
