
「素食」15分钟烂糊白菜汤面,不加鸡蛋的秘密 |【Vegan】Fast and Simple Cabbage Noodle Soup
This refresh noodle dish warms me up in winter. I made a few modifications to the original recipe to turn a slightly greasy dish to a vegan friendly and refresh noodle soup. The sautéed chickpea and carrot puree added additional color and umami to the dish.
清淡鲜美的烂糊白菜汤特别适合最近没胃口的朋友,但传统做法比较油腻,我琢磨了这个素食版本,真的味道完全不输鸡蛋做的,鹰嘴豆搭配胡萝卜泥炒香后汤真的也很鲜美,颜色也很像,最主要是低卡很多,一定要试试
Ingredients/材料:
白菜 60g(一定要搭配白菜心使用更鲜甜) 60g Nappa Cabbage (The Cabbage heart is sweeter)
熟鹰嘴豆 110g(我是提前煮很多沥干水冷冻随取随用,当然也可以用罐头)
110g Cooked Chickpeas (You can use canned)
胡萝卜泥 15g Carrot Puree
生姜 3片 3 Sliced Ginger
面粉 1大匙 1 Tbsp Flour
调味料/Seasonings:
竹盐 适量 Bamboo Salt
胡椒粉 适量 White Pepper Powder
香油 几滴 Sesame Oil
