
「素食」能嗦三碗的纯素冬阴功米线,酸酸辣辣太过瘾 |【Vegan】Tom Yum Rice Noodles Soup
Tom Yum Gai is a very famous dish. This time, I made a vegetarian version. I added tomato to increase the sour and umami taste of this dish. Cashew powder can also bring the rich taste. I added my favorite rice noodles in it, and you can use vermicelli as well.
冬阴功汤是非常有名的一道菜,没有虾酱和鱼露,我用素食的做法来制作了它,加了写番茄增加酸鲜味,腰果粉也能增加浓郁的味道,我煮了喜欢的米线在里面,也可以煮一些粉丝也是非常美味的!
Ingredients/材料:
香茅草 1-2根 1~2 Lemongrass
高良姜 一个 One Galangal
柠檬叶 两片 Two Lemon Leaves
小米辣 两个 Two Tabasco Pepper
黄豆芽 一把 Soybean Sprouts
秀珍菇 适量 Baby Oyster Mushroom
生腰果 20g Raw Cashew
番茄 一个 One Tomato
清水 800ml Water
香菜 适量 Cilantro
调味料/Seasonings:
海盐 适量 Salt
生抽 1.5大匙 1.5 Tbsp
白胡椒粉 ½小匙 1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder
椰糖或糖½小匙 1/2 Sugar
辣椒油 一小匙(可选) 1 Tsp Chili Oil(Optional)
