还记得上次做过的墨西哥卷饼吗【墨西哥卷饼:https://youtu.be/iPkgJn-F6Zk】,其实除了卷饼还有很多新奇好玩的吃法,今天这个七边形馅饼就是其中一种,比普通的burrito能装更多更丰富的食材,一口下去更满足,主要是还不容易露馅。

●惊喜的是这次用天贝做了个酥脆的天贝排,天贝营养价值高,发酵豆类比普通豆类更容易吸收,代替肉类真的很完美。用空气炸锅做出来一样酥脆哦!
This time, I used air fryer to make a crispy tempeh strip. Tempeh has a high nutritional value, and it is really perfect to replace meat.
●我一定要夸夸这个椰子版希腊酸奶酱,味道轻盈浓郁太棒了,素酸奶使用天然益生菌发酵,当然也可以买益生菌胶囊代替。
This vegan coconut Greek yogurt sauce is light and rich. I used natural probiotics for fermentation. Of course, you can also buy probiotics capsules instead.
●椰子版希腊酸奶如何操作:发酵好的椰子酸奶会有一些乳清,我们将它放在纱布中隔着滤网静置一晚上就能得到浓稠的椰子酸奶。
The fermented coconut yogurt will have some "whey". We can get thick coconut yogurt by putting it in cheese cloth and letting it sit overnight through a strainer.
●对了,冬天的卷心菜特别鲜甜,我们取用最中间的,那里适合生吃沙拉,最甜,外几层有涩味适合炒食。还有煎到焦黄的蜜本南瓜是我的最爱,搭配素芝士【素芝士:https://youtu.be/sEdGayrQ_pY】真的很好吃!

番茄 、卷心菜、蜜本南瓜、生菜、薄脆
Tomato, Cabbage, Pumpkin, Lettuce, Chinese Crepes (Deep-fried Crackers)
素芝士 Vegan Cheese

天贝脆排/Tempeh Crispy Strip:

调味料/Seasonings:
鹰嘴豆天贝 一袋 A Bag Of Chickpea Tempeh
生菜 一杯 Lettuce
蘑菇 8个 8 Mushrooms
胡萝卜 半根 Half Carrot
生姜 8g Ginger
孜然粉 ½小匙 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
黑胡椒和海盐 Black Pepper and Salt to Your Taste
赤砂糖 一小匙 1Tsp Brown Sugar
鹰嘴豆粉 两大匙 2Tbsp Chickpea Flour
生抽 一小匙 1Tsp Light Soy Sauce
香油 一大匙 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

Chinese Crepes/Crispy:
低筋面粉 3大匙 3Tbsp Cake Flour
豆奶 适量 Soy Milk
姜黄粉 ½小匙 1/2 Turmeric Powder
面包糠 适量 Bread Crumbs

椰子版酸奶酱/Vegan Coconut Yogurt Sauce:
少量海盐和黑胡椒 Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper
豆奶 适量 Soy Milk
柠檬汁 两小匙 2 Tsp Lemon Juice
枫糖浆 一小匙 1Tsp Maple Syrup
