Giving your love to everyone, this is the meaning of life!
某天一位朋友问,你一天到晚都在做吃的不觉得累,不觉得枯燥吗?我说,怎么会枯燥累呢,如果做一个东西是感觉到累那就失去了生活的动力,生活处处是修行与考验,做料理亦是如此,它能磨练我的心智,能静下心整理蔬菜,充满感恩心的去烹饪,也就把自己的爱融入到料理中,再将它们分享给自己、朋友、家人,让他们也能感受到爱,这是多么有意义的啊!把自己的爱布施给大家,这就是生活的意义了!

Ingredients/材料:
【天贝培根三明治】/【Tempeh Bacon Sandwich】
全麦土司 两片 Two Slices of Whole Wheat Toast
生菜 两片 Two Pieces of Lettuce
番茄厚片 两片 Two Slices of Tomatoes
牛油果 半个 Half Avocado
纯素芝士 适量 Vegan Cheese

调味料/Seasonings:
柠檬汁 一小匙 1Tsp Lemon Juice
黑胡椒 适量 Black Pepper to Taste
海盐 适量 Salt to Taste

天贝培根/Tempeh Bacon:
印尼天贝 120g Tempeh
生抽 一大匙 1Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
枫糖浆 一大匙 1Tbsp Maple Syrup
烟熏辣椒粉 一小匙 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika

【芝士南瓜焗饭】/【Pumpkin Baked Rice with Vegan Cheese】
板栗南瓜 200g Pumpkin
偏硬米饭 一碗 A Bowl of Rice
青椒 一个 One Green Pepper
红甜椒 半个 Half Red pepper
口蘑 5个 5 Mushrooms
杏仁奶 400ml Almond Milk
纯素芝士 适量 Vegan Cheese

调味料/Seasonings:
香菜籽粉 一小匙 1Tsp Coriander Seed Powder
茴香粉 ½小匙 1/2 Tsp Fennel Seed Powder
香叶 一片 1 Bay Leaf
丁香 四颗 4 Cloves
生抽 两小匙 2 Tsp Light Soy Sauce
海盐 适量 Sea Salt to Taste
黑胡椒 适量 Black Pepper To Taste
