
「素食」快速版麻辣萝卜干,只需要一天就能吃上 |【Vegan】Spicy Green Radish Side Dish
In this episode, I am sharing a quick method of drying radish. Normally, it usually takes several days to dry. With the help of food dehydrator, or oven at a temperature of 60 or 70 degrees Celsius, I can now make dried radish at anytime I want.
今天分享一个快速萝卜干做法,通常晒萝卜干需要好几天时间,南方碰到阴雨天就更不容易了,所以我通常是烘干机制作,也可以用烤箱开六七十度的温度烘干,这样想吃萝卜干随时都可以做。
Ingredients/材料:
青萝卜600g Green Radish
干辣椒12个 12 Dried Chilies
细辣椒面1小匙 1Tsp Fine Chili Powder
青花椒1小匙 1 Tsp Green Sichuan Peppercorn
海盐 适量 Sea Salt
白芝麻 适量 White Sesame
赤砂糖 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Brown Sugar
姜末 1小匙 1 Tsp Minced Ginger
