I like to stir-fry tomatoes first, then add the edamame to make a delicious soup base. You can choose whatever the ingredients you like. You can also add the coconut milk at the end to increase the richness of the soup. One pot dish just saves you some dishwashing time!
很适合一人食的冬阴功米粉,我喜欢用番茄炒化和毛豆一起熬个汤底会更鲜美,里面的食材可以灵活选择自己喜欢的,一次一锅端特别方便,最后加入椰浆增加汤汁的浓郁厚重感会特别棒!

Ingredients/材料:
米粉 适量 Rice Noodles
番茄 1 -2个 One ~Two Tomatoes
毛豆 80g Edamame
口蘑 2 个 Two Mushrooms
油豆腐 40g Fried Tofu
蟹味菇 1 小把 One Small Handful of Honshimeji Mushroom
小米辣 2 个 Two Tabasco Peppers
香菜 适量 Coriander
柠檬汁 1 小勺 Lemon Juice
淡椰浆 100ml Light Coconut Milk
盐适量 Salt
