The temperature has started to heat up recently. I decided to make Vietnamese style spring rolls. Just looking at these colorful vegetables! It is especially good when paired with carefully prepared peanut sauce salad.
最近开始逐渐升温了,炎热的夏天越南春卷必须安排起来,低卡营养又健康,特别适合这个时候吃,光看着这色彩缤纷的蔬菜就会清爽不少,搭配精心调制的花生酱沙拉汁特别上头

越南春卷沙拉/Vietnamese Spring Roll Salad:

食材:牛油果、青芒、紫甘蓝、粉丝、水果黄瓜、彩椒、天贝(生抽1大匙、红糖1小匙、盐和胡椒适量)
Ingredients:Avocado, Green Mango, Purple Cabbage, Vermicelli, Mini Cucumber, Bell Pepper, Tempeh (1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce, 1 Tsp Brown Sugar, Salt and Pepper)

沙拉汁:有机颗粒花生酱2大匙、酱油 1大匙、柠檬汁1大匙、小米辣 1个、盐和黑胡椒适量、苹果醋或米醋2小匙、椰奶或水50ml、椰糖 2小匙、香菜碎适量、花生碎适量

Dipping Sauce:
2 Tbsp Peanut Sauce, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice, 1 Tabasco Pepper, Salt and Black Pepper, 2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar or Rice Vinegar, 50ml Coconut Milk or Water, 2 Tsp Coconut Sugar, Chopped Coriander, Chopped Peanut

椰椰茉莉拿铁/Coconut Jasmine Latte:
浓缩咖啡 90ml Espresso
冰块 100g Ice Cube
茉莉花茶 80ml Jasmine Tea
椰浆 120ml Coconut Milk
燕麦奶 80ml Oat Milk
枫糖浆 10g Maple Syrup
