Hello everyone. Welcome to Anne's Worklife.
Today, I would like to introduce you to the Hanami tea ceremony, which was held after the cherry blossoms were in full bloom.
The previous tea ceremony videos were actually held with guests, so there were many restrictions on how to serve meals,
how to serve sweets, and so on.
This time, I would like to take advantage of the current situation and take a video of the tea ceremony as a whole,
so that everyone can enjoy it.
The tea ceremony is the best hospitality of the Japanese style,
where guests are invited to the tea room and a full course of meals and tea is provided.
Let's take a look at the Hanami tea ceremony.
It is 11 o'clock in the morning.
The cherry blossoms are still in full bloom, and the tea ceremony has just begun.
When you arrive, you will be greeted again in a room called Yoritsuki.
Today, I will be serving as a guest.
I look forward to your kind cooperation.
That's right. This time, I will guide you through the tea ceremony from my point of view as a guest.
I also received greetings from other guests, and I got a cup of tea and took a breath.
Now, let's move to the Sotokoshikake and wait for the host.
The prepared seats are arranged so that everyone can use them easily.
The tobacco sticks are placed between the guests.
The host has come to pick us up.
We also stand up and receive a quiet greeting.
After that, we pay our respects in Tsukubai.
We open the door of the Nijiriguchi, put the sense in front of us,
listen to what's going on in the tea room, proceed with the sense again, and enter.
We face the Nijiriguchi, stack the Zori, and put it upright.
We look at the Tokonoma and Kama and sit down.
The Makkyaku gently closes the Nijiriguchi with a sound,
and informs the host of the Sekirisuta Aizu.
The host opens the Sado-guchi and greets the host.
When I say,
Please come in,
the host enters the tea room.
We proceed with the sense.
Thank you for inviting me today.
We greet again.
We greet the guests in order.
When the greetings are in order,
I ask about the things on the table,
and thank the host for his kindness to the guests.
I convey my gratitude to him.
Then I ask about the things on the table.
The host answers the question,
looks at the cut of the conversation, and goes down to the Sado-guchi.
The host places the Sumitori on the Sado-guchi,
opens the Fusuma, and bows.
He places the Sumitori on the right side of the roof,
and stands up again.
He returns to the teahouse to get the Aikyo,
and sits down again in front of the roof.
This is the beginning of the Shozumi Demai.
In April, when the temperature rises,
to prevent the guests from feeling the heat,
the Suki-gigama with feathers is used to cover the Sumi-bi.
The Suki-gigama is called Suki-gigama
because it is placed on top of the Suki-gi,
which is placed on top of the Suki-gi,
without the use of Gotoku.
When the Shobaki begins with the Habouki,
we, the guests, look around near the roof.
The host fixes the heat and continues with the Sumi.
There are rules about the shape and size of the Sumi,
the order in which it is placed, and the location.
When the Shozumi is finished,
the Hibachi is returned to the Sumi-tori,
and the guests return to their seats.
When the Gobaki is finished,
the Okou is finished,
and the lid of the Kou-gou is closed,
I say,
Please take a look at the Okou-gou.
The host turns the Kou-gou and puts it on display.
Then, the Kama is placed on the floor,
and the Kama-buta is put on the A-no-ji.
The Kama-buta is put on the A-no-ji.
I go to take the Kou-gou,
put it between the guests,
bow, and return it.
When the guests are finished,
I return the Kou-gou.
The host enters,
and first I say thank you,
I ask for the shape of the Kou-gou,
the name of the Okou,
and the host answers.
The host takes the Kou-gou,
goes down to the Sado-guchi,
puts it on a stand,
bows,
and closes the Fusuma.
The host opens the Fusuma again,
and says to the guests,
it's your time,
so take the Kou-gou,
put it on the A-no-ji,
bow,
and return to the Mizu-ya.
After this,
the tea time begins.
For that,
please enjoy the second part of
Hanami no Chaji.
