In the last few years, numerous evidences have emerged
that prove the existence of ancient mythical continents
on which life prevailed thousands of years ago.
An example of this is the lost continent of Zealandia,
which is now 95% sunken in the ocean.
The continent was about 5 million square kilometers in size,
which is about two-thirds the size of Australia,
and was located between New Zealand and New Caledonia.
Scientists examined over 8,000 species
and identified several hundred fossil species,
which confirms that the continent once lay above the sea level
and was full of life.
The lost continent we are focusing on in this video
is the mythical continent Lemuria,
which is believed to be located in the Indian Ocean.
The first time scientists spoke about this country
was in the middle of the 19th century,
when the British lawyer and zoologist Philip Sclater
wrote an article entitled
The Mammals of Madagascar.
Sclater found out that Lemurian fossils
occur extremely often in Madagascar and India.
Strangely, however, these fossils were completely missing
in Africa and the Middle East.
This observation led Sclater to the assumption
that India and Madagascar were connected by land
at some point in the distant past
and were part of a larger continent,
which he called Lemuria.
Many other scientists also suspected
the existence of such a continent.
Etienne Geoffroy Saint-Hilaire, a French naturalist,
speculated in 1840 about an old land connection
between Madagascar and India.
The British naturalist Alfred Wallace
came to the conclusion in 1859
that only a sunken continent
could explain the fauna on the island of Celebes.
The German zoologist, naturalist,
and marine biologist Ernst Haeckel,
who discovered and named thousands of new species,
set up a tree of all life forms
and shaped many terms in biology,
published his book in 1869
The History of Creation.
In it, he based his view on the theory of evolution
and assumed that the earliest humans
could originate from Asian primates
and that the paths of humanity in Asia, Africa
and, what is very interesting,
on a lost continent in the Indian Ocean.
His theory was also accepted
by the scientific community,
as it could explain the possible migration route
of early humans from Africa to Indonesia.
Ernst Haeckel even created
the first hypothetical map of Lemuria,
which he simply called Paradise.
According to his map, the continent was a land bridge
that connected Central and East Africa
to the Philippines.
This is what he wrote.
The possible primordial home or paradise
is assumed here as Lemuria,
a tropical continent that is currently
below the level of the Indian Ocean,
whose earlier existence in the Tertiary period
is likely due to numerous facts
However, it is also very likely
that the hypothetical path of humanity
was further east, in Hindustan or India,
or further west, in East Africa.
The idea of Lemuria as a lost path of humanity
was not only discussed by scientists,
but also by esoteric societies.
Helena Blavatsky was the most famous
and notorious mystic,
occultist and medium of the late 19th century.
She was born in Russia
and was known for her incredible
supernatural abilities,
which many people witnessed.
These abilities included clairvoyance,
clair-hearing, telepathy,
the ability to access the spirit of another
and much more.
Helena Blavatsky was so powerful
that she even solved murder cases
and gave the police precise information
about the crimes.
The information she gave the police
was so accurate that in one of the cases
she was even made the main suspect
until the case was solved.
In 1888, Helena Blavatsky published
a book about Lemuria.
She assumes that Lemuria, the path,
was one of the seven so-called races of humanity.
She writes that millions of years ago
an ancient humanoid species
existed next to the dinosaurs.
These beings allegedly had four arms and eyes
and were egg-laying hermaphrodites.
Strangely, this description is very similar
to some ancient Hindu deities,
who were often depicted with four arms.
Although people in the West
do not believe in the old Sanskrit texts
and only consider them as good night stories,
there are numerous evidence
that some of the legends,
as crazy as they sound, are actually real.
An example of this is the story about Lord Rama
and the monkey army Vanara,
who, according to the Ramayana epic,
built a massive bridge between the Indian mainland
and Sri Lanka to save Rama's wife,
who was locked up there.
Of course, no one except the Hindus
took this story seriously until many years later
satellite images of NASA revealed
that what we are seeing
is a massive bridge,
which is now partially sunken in the sea.
In the texts of the Ramayana,
the construction process was even described in detail.
The process included the measurement,
planning, execution and preparation,
which are still fundamental components
of the process of architecture today.
There was even a chief engineer of the project
whose name is still unknown.
The texts contain details
about all the materials used for the construction
and about all the tree species
that were first piled up on the back of the sea
to achieve a pole or a wooden upholstery effect.
Large and small stones were stacked on it
and a flat, finished level was arranged on the stones.
The monkey people of Vanara
even held ropes on both sides of the bridge
to build them in the right linear alignment,
a technique that is still used today.
It was confirmed
that the whole story
was a truly historical event
when Dr. Bhadre Narayanan,
the former director of the Geological Survey of India,
examined the structure
and found ten drilling holes along the bridge alignment.
What he discovered was amazing.
About six meters below the surface
he found a uniform layer of limestone,
corals and rock-like materials.
It was obvious
that the old bridge was created by man.
Further investigations confirmed
that the bridge was built about 7,000 years ago,
i.e. at the same time
as the Ramayana was written.
According to the Ramayana,
the ratio of the length to the width of the bridge is 10 to 1.
Today the bridge is about 35 km long
and 3.5 km wide,
the exact ratio of 10 to 1,
as described in the epos.
Scientists who examined the bridge
concluded that the stones used for the construction
are older than the sand itself
and confirmed that someone
placed them there using modern engineering technology.
Other scientists also agree
that the bridge was created by man,
but believe that it was built 1.7 million years ago,
a time when modern man
did not even exist.
This is the time of the Homo Erectus,
who lived before the Neanderthals.
Could the humanoid monkey army of Rama
be the early ancestor of man,
more precisely the Homo Erectus?
This description could very well fit the Homo Erectus
and although it does not have the necessary intellectual capacity
to build something,
it has the physical strength to do so.
And if there were older, higher beings like Rama,
could these beings lead the Homo Erectus
and use it for this construction?
According to legend, after the construction of the bridge,
Lord Rama led his army
and successfully defeated the kidnapper's wife
and freed her.
On the way home, Rama flew with his Vimana,
which is a kind of flying device according to Sanskrit texts,
which is used by many of these bluish beings and deities.
A device that we would call a UFO today.
If this mega-construction
from the Ramayana is real,
could the stories mentioned there
about the flying ships named Vimanas
and the old giant races be real?
It is assumed that the old Tamil culture of South India
existed both before the Sumerian
and the Egyptian civilizations.
And some even call it the first civilized humanity.
The Sangam literature,
the earliest known literature of South India,
tells the incredible story
of a progressive Tamil civilization
that bloomed thousands of years ago
on the continent of Kumari Kandam, which is now overflowing.
The Tamils still believe
in the existence of this mythically lost continent
and that it was their birthplace.
This now sunken continent
was located in the Indian and Pacific Ocean
and was the connecting line
between Africa and South India via Madagascar.
The continent was flooded
when the sea level rose and the last ice age ended,
which led the Tamil people to migration
and mixing with different groups
and inevitably formed new languages,
ethnicities and civilizations.
Many people believe that not only the Tamils,
but all of humanity
comes from the inhabitants of Kumari Kandam.
They believe that the Tamil culture
is the basis of many enlightened cultures
and that Tamil,
a mixture of languages,
is a multitude of other languages in the world.
According to researchers,
the Lemurian continent Kumari Kandam
was separated from the mainland
at some point in the Mesozoic due to rising waters.
Curiously, the sea level
was about 15,000 years ago
about 100 meters lower
The rapid rise of the sea level
led to a great flood
that eventually led not only to the disappearance
of a whole continent,
but a whole civilization
that existed on earth a long time ago.
Professor Shanmugadas, a researcher in this area,
said the following
You can imagine the strength and size of the tidal wave
that existed in the old coastal belt of the Tamil world.
Could this flood be the biblical tidal wave
that is mentioned in every culture in the world?
Another proof of the existence
of an ancient continent in the Indian Ocean
was found on the tropical island Mauritius.
In 2013, scientists discovered granite fragments
in the ocean south of India
along a shelf
stretching hundreds of kilometers
south of the country towards Mauritius.
And on Mauritius, a team of geologists
found zircon from 3 billion years ago,
i.e. eons before the island itself was created,
which only emerged 2 million years ago.
This means that the zircon they discovered
came from a much older land mass
that had sunk in the Indian Ocean.
Instead of calling this lost continent Lemuria,
the geologists called it Mauritia.
Despite the other name,
everything is perfectly in line
with Sclater's theory of the lost continent Lemuria
and the Tamil legend of Kumari Kandam.
Given all these discoveries and old legends,
we can agree
that despite our technology
and our understanding of history,
we still know very little about the past of the earth.
Our planet is surrounded by secrets,
lost old civilizations
and modern, highly intelligent beings
who have created fascinating wonders of architecture
that we still admire today.
Every puzzle we solve
raises more and more questions.
Questions that simply cannot be answered
with the knowledge we have from history books.
As Napoleon Bonaparte said,
history is the version of past events
on which people have agreed.
