Stories about giants from antiquity are often found in folklore, mythology and in historical reports of different cultures around the world. The concept of giants can also be found in religious texts, especially in the Bible. The Nephilim are mentioned in the book of Genesis as descendants of the sons of God, also known as guardians, and the daughters of men. There are many archaeological finds of unnaturally large weapons, such as the huge double axes, which are now exhibited in the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion in Greece, or the Norimitsu-Orechi, a giant sword found in Japan. Huge axes from the Bronze Age were also discovered in Denmark, while a large collection of giant tools was found in Morocco. There are countless other artifacts that are associated with giants, as well as unusually large skeletal remains. In this captivating episode, which is shown with the kind permission of Gaia and her original series Antique Civilizations, we go on a journey through the old annals of history and mythology to reveal the secrets of the Nephilim giants. We wish you a lot of fun with this episode. In late summer 1908, construction workers in Collinsville, Illinois, near the Cahokia Mounds, accidentally discovered a stone tomb. It contained several human skeletons that were well over two meters tall. Shortly thereafter, the bodies disappeared, which made the idea even more puzzling that a species of oversized humans once lived in America. The remains of these cities still amaze archaeologists today. Cahokia was a population of 25,000 to 50,000 inhabitants around the year 1000, as the largest city north of Mexico. This early American civilization possessed a highly developed system of water pipes, agriculture and textiles, as well as other legends about the so-called builders of the Earth Hill. Who were these builders of the Earth Hill? Could there be a connection with the oversized bodies that were found in the early tombs? Was it the remains of a high culture that existed not only in America, but all over the world? Researcher Brad Olson claims that the key to these forgotten beings is in these earth pyramids. It is true that giants have been found in the Middle West. There are several different cultures. Basically, in the state of Ohio, it started with the Edina culture, which later became the Hopewell and Mississippi culture, which then spread throughout the Mississippi Valley. There are over 2,000 earth pyramids in North America, including Mexico. In North America, there are these earth pyramids built by the American natives to honor the deceased giants, built from earth. Some had the shape of snakes or other creatures. Some are just birds. But it is interesting that there are so-called dolmens in other parts of the world. There are massive stone graves where a giant was buried by royal descent. In North America, a huge grave hill was built. This is not an easy task. Both monuments were dedicated to beings who had a great spiritual significance in early history. In my research, I have collected over 1,500 newspaper articles from the early 20th and late 19th centuries, in which the discoveries of giant skeletons in earth pyramids and in other places have been reported. Some of the giant skeletons come from the American natives. This is interesting, because the first European explorers in North America described in their records the chiefs of each tribe as giants, some of them three and a half to four and a half meters tall. And so you recognize again the higher status that was given to the people that have that genetic lineage. And when you look at the first logbook entry of the first ship that arrived on the Easter Island, it says that there was a race of giants there. And the race of giants was the priestly state of the people of Rapa Nui, who were responsible for the construction of those stone huts. That story can be transmitted to a hundred different places all around the world. And the amazing thing about it is that it is exactly the same story. Another piece of evidence for the credibility of this mythology are over 100 giant human-like footprints, which have remained in the rocks around the world for thousands of years. Are these physical evidence for these legends? For example, you have the Bible. In the first book of Moses, two giants are mentioned. Everyone remembers the battle between David and Goliath. Goliath was a giant. This is a Bible story. The book of Eskimos explicitly describes that at that time giants were living on earth. We see the same thing in Egypt. In the Pyramid Texts it says that some gods were huge compared to humans. Giants are in every mythology of antiquity. Why not in today's USA? If that is the case, why have these evidences simply disappeared? Across the last 200 years, hundreds of over-sized skeletons have been found in the earth pyramids and tombs of Native American cemeteries. Many of these skeletons were around 2.10 to 2.30 meters tall. And they were discovered by archaeologists in collaboration with the Smithsonian Institution. They were fully recorded and then taken away. And there are many publications that you can read about these discoveries. So who are these giants and what happened to them? Well, first thing we can say is that all of these bones have now gone. Unfortunately, although many of them were found in the Smithsonian Institution, they were brought back in the framework of the NACPRA Act, which has been regulating the return of cultural resources to the indigenous peoples since 1990. Unfortunately, they have disappeared from museums and institutions, so we can't investigate them today. But what we can do is collect information from these reports about what was going on. Is it possible that traces of this lineage still remain within human society today? On February 22, 1918, Harold and Addie Wadlow, a child who became the greatest man in the world, got a very ordinary couple very close to Collinsville in Illinois. At 2.72 meters, Robert Wadlow was a human anomaly until his early death at the age of 22. According to doctors, Wadlow's enormous size and his persistent growth until his death was due to a hyperplasia of the hypophysis, which resulted in an increased value of the human growth hormone. Could this hormone be a hidden gene in human DNA? It was determined that he was on a so-called hyperplasia or a hypophysis of giant wolves. Giant wolves are found in most species, but it's only a tiny part, about 0.0007% of each population is affected by it. Robert Wadlow could be an example for the survival of the gene which caused the giant wolf, which was described by all of these different cultures. He was someone who apparently found the same gene in the same area where these earth pyramids were built. Most of the doctors who saw him said that it was probably a genetic feature. Can Robert Wadlow's body size only be attributed to his hyperactive hypophysis or is there perhaps a genetic connection? The geneticist William Brown claims that this is not only a far-fetched connection, but it is in the range of the possible. Within the human genome there is a large reservoir of variations and gene codes that will result in very unique phenotypes. We have, for example, small growth or giant growth. So we can see certain instances where gene segments of the DNA can be expressed in a different way, and it changes the size of a human. So it is very possible that in large regions of the DNA it has dormant segments, that there are genes that are related to the appearance of an over-sized human. Since the evidence has mysteriously disappeared, can today's human DNA be linked to a humanoid species that once lived on this planet? Could this connection provide an explanation for the greatest people in the world? When we ask ourselves if there is direct genetic evidence that creates a connection between us and the giants of the past, the best to find out is that there is no physical evidence at this time. However, when we begin looking at the history of mankind, we see stories of giants pervasive that have been spoken about in ancient history, and that we have found evidence of them in modern times. So the question is, are we related to these giants in any way? When we look at the narrative of our oldest and most esteemed spiritual traditions, we can see a red thread. This theme fascinates me, because it says that mankind went through a repeated process to get to the point where we are today. In other words, there were numerous attempts to find just the right genetic formula for the human body that we see today. And in fact, when we look at the Judeo-Christian tradition, they are telling us that there was a search for the right genetic formula to get the power of the human spirit in physical form. And as we went through this repeated trial and error, we found that there were certain forms of life that were unsustainable throughout the entire history. There is evidence that giants belonged to these forms of life. In the oldest records of the Old Testament, we see references to the Elohim and the Nephilim. In May 2019, the moderator of Open Minds, Regina Meredith, invited a team to investigate a series of huge bones that belong to a man named Luigi Muscas in Sardinia. His book, The Giants of Sardinia, contains images of oversized human bones and DNA tests carried out by the University of Padua. The results show the blood group 0 negative. Interestingly, Sardinia is still one of the places with the highest concentration of this blood group in the world. Luigi believes that this genetic tree is an effect of the giant ancestors. Can we find more evidence for the DNA ancestry line in the Old Testaments? What do they tell us about the true history of mankind in relation to ancient giants and their possible interactions with the Homo sapiens sapiens? When you look at a lot of the ancient texts, the plan for today has the feature of that a race of advanced beings that came to space in Mesopotamia, in modern-day Iraq, and also in Africa, and only later spread across the entire planet to North America. They were told to do this by one of their leaders, and during this they also began to partner with other hominids and gave birth to these very large, giant people. The book of Genesis mentions the time when the Elohim, the sons of God, came along with the daughters of men and that they gave birth to giants. And sometimes it was also mentioned that these children were so large that they were removed from their mother's womb, and today we would call that an imperial cut. They could not be born under normal circumstances, but had to be artificially brought into the world. Could these reports about giants in religious texts support the theory that we have the same DNA as this extinct species? Experts point to different types of giants. Giants have been found all over the world. In fact, there are extraordinary stories from China that are largely unknown in the West. When explorers went to Marco Polo in the 16th and 17th centuries over the Silk Road from the Mediterranean to China, they were amazed at what they found there. They actually found 15-foot-tall giants standing in their garden in the Imperial Palace. They were the remaining descendants of the Anunnaki. With this body size, you can tell. These are extraordinary stories from China that are unknown. There were other giants, the guardians of wisdom. They had the knowledge from their ancestors about how to build megalithic structures and how to grow crops. They knew the cycles of the sky and many languages. And according to the ancient texts, they knew how to travel around the planet with their technology. These were advanced beings. In the Bible, they were called Nephilim or Anakita. These beings were very, very advanced and they were imparting that wisdom to human beings. I believe that the Anunnaki were giants of which there are old depictions. For example, on the scrolls in the British Museum. The Anunnaki god sits on a chair. And the people to whom he speaks are significantly smaller. In ancient Egypt, you can tell from the depictions in some temples, for example, in Dendera, over-sized figures. The people to whom they speak are tall to the knees, just as high as a kneecap. Matthias de Stefano, due to his memories of earlier lives, in which he embodied different lifestyles in other worlds, describes his version of this race of giants. I remember the stories of my grandfather when I lived in the days of Atlantis on the Nile. They used to say there were species coming from the skies and populating the earth. The Aesir were big beings, maybe twice as big as us. We called them Anunnaki. And the Nemnir were the first to come here. They were a little bigger than the Aesir, the Anunnaki, and they lived only in cold regions. We have to remember that most of the time that the Nemnir were spread throughout the world, there was an ice age that happened along 200,000 years ago. The last ice age began around 10,000 BC. And during all that time, the Nemnir ruled over Europe, the regions like Europe, parts of the Middle East, and North America. Some of the Nemnir were very big, and most of them were red-headed. These beings were once in control, but they were not warriors, as far as I can say. The stories didn't say that they were fighting against humans, but they were not friendly. They came here to record information in the ice, and they were living like ancient beings, like surviving in caves. They had no civilization, they had no cities. They lived in small families, alone, only three of them in the northern region. And they were living in the northern part. Most of the humans were afraid of them. And the Nemnir settled this idea of not coming to these regions to create boundaries. At the time when there were no borders on earth, no countries, no borders, one way to say you don't want to go beyond this point is by fear. So this is why some of the stories were used to create borders between the regions. For the stories I know, they did not hate humans, because they killed people. But they made this idea of that, so we wouldn't come too close to them. They didn't want to have any connection with humanity, because they came here to do their own work. On the other hand, the ice here, the Anunnaki, were big for us, they were big for us and lived with us, but they didn't have a lot of connection with us. They even had relationships and sex and lived with us. Some of them loved us and had sons and kids, others, on the other hand, wanted to control us and enslave us. So there were a few of them, but they were also not very many and not very widespread on earth. They came to this world because their own world was dying. So they lived in some mountains, at least in the Mediterranean Sea, but they were not much spread around the world. And practically they taught us everything that we as humans know. They gave us the fire, they taught us agriculture, they taught us about society, about religion. Even if most of them were not good to humans, they gave us what we are today. If there were two tribes of so-called giants on this planet, is it possible that they still exist? Through our DNA, like Watlow, or in different regions? When I had the opportunity to lead groups in the mountain regions of central China and Tibet around the turn of the millennium, the monks and nuns told us about giants who still live in the Himalayas today, in caves that are difficult to access. They live very reclusive. They apparently do not speak a spoken language like we know them. We do not know how old they are, but apparently they still exist. When we were there, we were shown the physical bodies of these beings that were found in the caves after they had died. If a civilization of giants once populated the earth, why is their existence only material for myths and legends? Are modern giants like Robert Watlow only the product of an overactive hypophysis? Or can the tribe within the human DNA be traced back to these giant-like beings? Reports of interactions between the people of old age and giants are available on all continents. Could these legends refer to a extinct race? Different characteristics are attributed to the giants. Wild barbarians on the one hand, spiritually enlightened leaders of mankind on the other. What can we learn from this? At the time that I lived in the Kem, in the northern part of Egypt about 12,000 years ago, we thought about the giants as the fathers and mothers of our civilization. There were many beings that came from the stars and taught us something. But no one taught us more about ourselves than they did, because they were also guided by emotions. Other beings like the Arcturians or the Sirians knew no emotions. They only worked with information. But the giants were like us. They also had problems in their relationships with their family, with their parents and their siblings. They wanted to kill themselves, they were happy, they celebrated, they wanted sex, they wanted to have a family. They shared so many things with us. And for our unconscious, the presence of the giants told us that gods and goddesses were like us. So that we could become like them and that we could also grow greater. This was one of the ideas of creating the gods after them. Because they represented aspects that we didn't have, like the power over the fire, the power over the air, the lightning. All these things were possible for them because their evolutionary process led them to this point. But when we saw that they had the same feelings and the same problems as we did, we believed that we could also have the same power. This is why people won the war against them and realized that they could be greater. And the image that we had of them was like the image that we wanted to become. We wanted to be like Poseidon and Zeus. They were like the famous people of that time and the Hollywood stars of our period. So we wanted to be like them and they showed us that we could be like them. So I guess that the only thing that we inherited from them were not their achievements in this world through civilization, slavery, and so on, but the idea that it doesn't matter how big or how small you are. You have the same problems and you can grow. Is the existence of the giants hidden in the human DNA? Can we perhaps one day exhaust the strength and wisdom of our ancestors? And is it possible that the giants are still among us today? Maybe very close to us?
