Hey guys, welcome back to my channel. So today we are going to be going and doing a little bit of fall shopping. So now that everything is not only in the stores, but 40% off in most of the places, I thought I would take you into some stores with me. So we are going to be hitting Michael's and Hobby Lobby. No, we're not going to Hobby Lobby. Michael's and Home Goods. The main reason I love to go to Michael's and to show this store is because I swear every year they have completely different things. Like their selection is completely different every single year where I feel like a lot of the time Hobby Lobby, I love that store, but I feel like most of the time it's like the same thing over and over again where they will just add a few things where Michael's it's like completely different. So for example, last year, their early fall, it was like all Apple theme. So everything was like apples and really cute signs. In fact, my bakery sign back here, that's where I got that sign and I've used it in my fall decor and my Christmas decor. And this year they don't have it. They don't have really anything that was like Apple themed. And I know this because I actually went pretty early to find some Apple decor because I knew last year they had a ton. This year they literally had one thing. So I realized every year their stuff is completely different. I also love to watch these videos because sometimes I will watch somebody else's and I'll realize there's not really anything that I want to go in there for. Or like last year I saw a Michael's video. That's what got me to go in and buy that bakery sign was because I saw it in somebody else's video. So I know there's a lot of people that get angry to see fall videos out early like this, but you know, if you want to get the good stuff, you kind of have to go early. And so that's why I like to share these kind of like shop with me and early decorate videos a little bit earlier than the actual season. So the first place we're going to go is home goods and then we're going to head over to Michael's. There is a lot of Halloween. Okay, it's not my fault. I try to show as much fall as I could, but there definitely is some Halloween mixed within. And I know again, some people have a very strong opinion and do not like to see Halloween decor, but I try to show a good mix of both. The first stop is home goods and you might be shocked, but last year was actually my first time ever stepping inside of a home goods and I went during the fall and I was just beside myself. I could not believe I have gone so long without going inside of a home goods. Now the only home goods that we had was kind of far and so that's why I had never really gone to one. Uh, but we did get one local to us. So I'm so excited about that. If you've never been, it's basically a Ross or TJ Maxx, but for the home, again, it's easily become one of my top favorite stores. I find so many amazing things here as far as fall or Halloween decor goes. My favorite finds at home goods are garlands. I love the little felt garlands. Last year I got some candy corn, puffy felt garlands and some ghost ones that I put in my kids' bedrooms on their book walls. I'm just obsessed. I love all of their cute little felt Halloween decor. They also have everything you can think of for your kitchen from food and dessert displays, paper plates, and cups. The cutest selection of mugs that are so affordable and I'm talking as low as three or $4, lots of wreaths, lots of candles, so many amazing finds for this time of year. What would you actually fit on that plate? I was thinking a hot dog. Let's see. Oh, okay. Um, this product alone retails for more than this entire box together. Honestly, it's almost half the price. Like the box was half the price of just like buying this by itself. And I've heard wonderful things about this. I'm actually going to pull this one up because I feel like this one is quite expensive, especially again for the full size. Let's see. Oh, okay. Um, yeah. 1.7 $83 online. You guys, this product alone retails for more than this entire box together. Honestly, it's almost half the price. Like the box was half the price of just like buying this by itself. So that right there should get you to want to get on your own subscription. So let's bust this out. I have not tried this product yet. Again, I just heard really good things about it. You can tell this is a really nice product. So it feels very rich. I don't know how else to describe it, but it doesn't feel heavy on your skin. Now I obviously want to be putting this on my face. I don't want to be wasting this on my hands because this is obviously a really, really nice product. So that was a great product to start with. I think this is a win-win. It has zero smell to it if you were wondering about that. But again, that's not something I really want on my face. I don't really like having scents added to my skincare that I put on my face. So this is amazing. These are the bloom buds. I've actually ordered these before and I love them. I actually have to show you how cute they are because they're a little zip patches, which I'm all about. I love zip patches. I swear those have changed the game. Like where were those 20 years ago when I was getting severe acne? So look how cute they're little flowers. Again, I just love when people go the extra mile and make their packaging cute. And the fact these are little flowers you stick on your face. So these work within six hours. They will zap your zit. I feel like you can never have too many zip patches on hand. Moving on to these eucalyptus shower steamers. This is from a Lujo bar and there are four different bars inside and what they, they look very similar to like a bath bomb. And what you do is you will just get it a little bit wet while you're in the shower, set it off to the side and let the steam do its magic. So your entire shower smells and feels like a spa because it's just eucalyptus is in the air. I haven't tried this particular brand yet, but I am really excited to try it. And I know for a fact, FabFitFun does not put products in their packaging that is not like top of the line, really good products. The next one is this Vegamour dry shampoo. So I actually just use this for the first time today. It goes on a little bit white, but once you scrub it in, it's great. You don't notice it at all. And something else I noticed about this is a lot of the time dry shampoo will dry out the ends of my hair. I don't know if you've ever noticed that when you use dry shampoo, but this one left my hair feeling very nourished, not just my scalp, but all the way down my hair just felt very nourished. So that is something that I noticed about this brand. Next we have the Fenty Beauty by Rihanna, and this is the all over glow enhancer in the color bronze Jasper. So let's bust this out. I'm always about a good glow. So I'm excited to try this bronzer again. I'm just shocked. I'm shocked. I did look this one up earlier and this product alone is $34. So it's crazy. It's crazy. All of the different things you're getting in this package. So let's squeeze some out onto my hands so you guys can see. We'll see if you can see a little bit of that glow. I know a little bit of this stuff goes a long way. I will definitely be using this. I like to do some kind of shimmer above my bronzer up here. And the fact it already is a bronzer, I feel like we'll just give you that really lovely glow. And the last one is the Necessaire body lotion. Now I know this brand is like all the hype right now. I hear about this brand all the time and I know that they've won like a bajillion awards. So let's bust this out and try it. This is a very large tube and this is also fragrance free. This hand is going to feel so moisturized. I probably should have put it on my other one. Okay. That is very nice. Very nice lotion. Oh my goodness. I can see what the hype is. This is really good stuff. And I know that Necessaire has like an entire skincare line. That's what they're known for. So I would definitely check them out. And as of the time I filmed this, the Halloween wasn't on sale yet. So I will be back to pick up a few Halloween items once those go on sale. I got by just fine, didn't notice what was vacant. But now the fallen leaves let it go out to your name. Fill the space of you the same. I'm still falling out of love with you. And I'm heading for the door. Not sure if I'll go through. Because memories they take so long to erase. Through the aviary. This year they had a whole section of Ravens and Edgar Allen Poe. I don't remember seeing that last year. So again, they always are switching their decor up. But I always love their witch decor. Anything with Salem and witches, I love to grab. Because if you know me, you know I have a major obsession with the Sanderson sisters and Hocus Pocus. And I'm thinking of creating a fun little Hocus Pocus witchy area in the dining room this year. So this old Salem witches in sign is something I will definitely be coming back for once it's on sale. Sometimes when I look over. I see you by a fire. With your hands out in the open. And I'm wondering if you're singing on some song. Or if I'm singing wrong. I must be singing on my own. I'm still falling out of love. Now for the fun part. We're going to go through a few of the items that I purchased. Now I did not go crazy. I feel like I've been loving the decor that I already have. I don't really need anything. But there's always a few things that I find. And if I love it, I will get it. Especially again if it's at Michaels. Because I doubt it will be back next year. And if you miss it, then you kind of miss your chance to purchase it. So before we get into Michaels, I do want to show you a recent purchase that I got off of Amazon. You should know by now I have a thing with mugs. I have been eyeballing these since last year. And they were like 50% off. They were ridiculous. Like almost $100 for the set. So I think I paid around $37. Which means each mug was less than $10. And that was totally worth it for me. Again I've had my eyeballs on these forever. It came in a set of four. And they're all completely different mugs. So we have a really cute jack-o-lantern. Obviously this is very much a Halloween vibe. So sorry if you don't like Halloween. And I'm starting with Halloween. Then we have this really cute cat. This kind of creepy skull. And a ghost. I just think this set is so cute. I can't wait to style this. I'm sure it'll be over here on the little breakfast nook area. Come Halloween. I do like to decorate this area for fall in September. And then in October I kind of switch it up. And make it a little spookier. I only picked up two things from HomeGoods. One of them was this really cute ghost cookie jar. I don't know if that's what you'd even call it. I'd imagine you just put some treats in here. While I've been searching on Pinterest for some inspiration this past summer. I saw a few ghost themed counters. It looked really cute. The way that they had these displayed. Very subtly. It wasn't spooky themed. But I'm like, I gotta find a really cute white ghost cookie jar or treat holder. So I was so happy to find this. This was only $12.99. And this again was at HomeGoods. So that's how much it cost. They don't usually have the 40% off. Like Michaels and Hobby Lobby. And then I also grabbed this terracotta jack-o-lantern. Terracotta pumpkins were the hit last year. So many people doing DIYs because they were sold at Pottery Barn. And they were quite expensive. So I was so excited to find this one. And I will show you it's a little twin that I picked up at Michaels. So that's it from HomeGoods. And then let's go through my stuff at Michaels. So I did pick up this basket. You might have seen it in my last video actually. I've been to Michaels a few times. So I got this basket and I have it hung back here. And I store apples. Again, I told you I was kind of doing like an apple theme for early fall. I just thought this was super cute. And a great find that I could really use any time of year. So not just for fall. Speaking of Pottery Barn. Last year I also had my eyes on some pumpkin mugs. And I did a video sharing how like I've been looking for them. I wanted to buy them but they would not ship to me. I don't know if I was just trying to buy them too late into the year. I don't remember why. But I could not actually buy them. And I was so happy this year. These are literally identical to what they look like at Pottery Barn. And they were super affordable. So these were $6 a piece after discount. So they were like $12. But again, Michaels, everything's 40% off. So they had these in white as well. So if you want more of a white theme. I just like how simple and plain these are. Again, you can tell I collect mugs, right? We got Halloween mugs. We got like fall plain mugs too. And this was actually the first pumpkin that I purchased before I found this one at HomeGoods. So I told you I found like a twin of it. And I was so happy because they're different sizes. And I thought they would just be cute. Kind of as a set. They are a little bit different in color. But this one, I was willing to buy it full price. Because their Halloween is not on sale at Michaels yet. So this was $14.99. I swear on Pottery Barn, they were really, really expensive. Like I wouldn't even consider it because I would want more than one. And then I'm sure shipping, I don't know. They're just expensive. So I was so happy to find these again this year at Michaels. I'm sure they will go fast because of how popular these were last year. When people see these in the stores, they're going to go crazy for them. I mentioned how I wanted to find some apple themed decor at Michaels this year. This was the only thing that I could find. I found this really cute apple canister. I have these for every holiday. I get them from Michaels. So I get them for Christmas. I get them, I even have them for the 4th of July. I just think they're so cute. And for now, I just have this plant. This is not the cutest thing ever, but I do want to find something that's a little bit cuter. But that's what I usually do is I stick some kind of stems in here or maybe I'll have like, I might even put some picks with like pumpkins or little apples that might be really cute to stick inside. Again, this is for my early fall because we've already been decorating in here. I'm not doing pumpkins yet, but I'm just bringing more like red tones back into my space to prepare for fall. So this was super cute. And this was $12.99 and it was 40% off. I had a lot of questions in my last video where I got these stems from in this black vase and those were actually from Michaels. I didn't even go down like the stem aisle where these were. They were just with the regular floral section, but they were 40% off and I think they're so beautiful. These might be my favorite stems I've ever bought from Michaels. And I think they would look so beautiful here like 20, and I think they would look so beautiful here 24-7. Like it's not just for fall, but with the red berries, it definitely adds more of a fall touch. And then the black vase was from Walmart. So that is something I also just picked up recently. The last thing I got from Michaels that was also not on sale, but I was so afraid of not having it that I was willing to pay full price. It's this ghost. Okay, I am obsessed with like these glowing. You guys know if you watch any of my Christmas videos, I have those reindeer that sit in front of my tree that are like plastic and they glow. They just remind me of my childhood. We had a giant pumpkin that sat on our porch when I was a kid. I used to pose in front of it and ask my mom to take pictures. Like I have a million pictures of me in front of this glowing pumpkin. I just love how nostalgic these make me feel. And on a side note, this also reminded me of the Trick or Treat Disney movie. It's like that short 20-minute video. It's called Trick or Treat. We watch it all the time. It's on the Disney channel. It's very old. It has the three little ducks that Trick or Treat. One of them is dressed up like this and it looks just like him. So there was multiple reasons I loved this thing. I also thought the cat was really cute. I don't know where I'm gonna put him, but I'm just happy to have him. And a few recent purchases that were not at either of these stores, but I wanted to show you. I only have a few, but one of them is this pumpkin spice candle from Antique Candle Co. This is like my favorite candle right now. Besides leaves, I always have this one burning. I will have a discount code link for you guys below for this smell, but if you've never bought from them before, you will love their candles. I've always been worried about one-wick candles. I swear they don't smell as strong. You can hardly even tell there's a candle burning. If I have this lit in the bathroom, you can smell this in the entire upstairs. It's not too powerful where you're getting a headache because it smells so strong. It's just such a lovely smell. I love their candles and they burn so well. Pumpkin spice is a great one for fall. If you're a fan of the Bath & Body Works leaves smell, you will love the pumpkin spice one. This was a basket I got from Walmart. I have this styled on my table over there and right now I have like a bushel of apples. Again, I'm kind of doing like an apple theme and I just thought this is such a cute basket and it would be so cute to style with some fall decor. So I just wanted to show you guys this as well and the last one, so random, I know. I picked up Liz Marie Galvin's Seasons book. I actually bought this for my mom last year for Christmas. I love her books. They're so amazing. But where I actually have this styled right now is I have it opened up to this page and I have it on my counter. It looks like a recipe book, so it's giving like that same vibe, but it's her porch, which is like the most beautiful fall porch you've ever seen in your life. So festive. I just think books like this would be really cute like on a coffee table. It's just open to a page that's very fall and you can do this throughout all of the different holidays. So at Christmas time, you know, you could maybe have it open to a page like this. There is just a ton of beautiful pictures in here. So if you don't have your hands on this book, you gotta get it. It's on Amazon. I will have it linked below. Oh, I was also gonna show you guys this because this is brand new. I got this on Amazon. I love it. This was my first day wearing it, so I just barely pulled it out of the package. It's kind of a little wrinkly still. Let me stand up and show you guys how this fits. So I'm wearing a size medium. I am 5'6", if that helps. It is like so long. Okay, look at how it's very oversized, very long. You can see it's like a little bit longer in the back. The way I wear shirts like this, I always tuck them in the front so they're like, you know, just fit a little bit better. So that's also something new that's a little bit fall-inspired. I think I'm going to do a full, like, try-on haul of some clothes, like fall-inspired clothes. So I'll probably include this in that video and show you guys a little bit better. But, oh, I also, like, look at the neck. I also love the neckline. It's very different. It's a little hot. Like, today it's probably 90 degrees. It's very cool in the house, so I'm okay. I would not wear this out. When I'm doing videos like this, I always feel like I have to look like I'm ready for fall. You know, I have a few decorations back there to just kind of give you guys more of a fall vibe. But that is everything for today's video. I hope you guys enjoyed.
