ExclusiveMesquita: Dominica in Palmis - Domine Hyssopo

【Classical Music and Nature Emerico Lobo de Mesquita: Dominica in Palmis - Domine hyssopo. This beautiful piece was played by Regência Maria Ines Guimarães. It has Creative Commons license and is provided through www.musopen.org.

The well-known works of José Joaquim Emerico Lobo de Mesquita are essentially sacred works. So this piece of music begins solo and is soon joined by the choir and the strings and then the winds. It makes wonderful harmonies.

The scenery was taken in the Reidiggraben, a side valley of the Simmental of Swiss Alps. Locals say there is a lot of game here in the alpine valleys and mountains. The valley is very quiet, I don't remember to hear any of the traffic in the Simmental up here. The video was taken by Simone Schlegel in mid-February 2023 with a Fujifilm X-H2S + XF 30mm F2.8 R LM WR Macro lens. The film was edited by Wenjing Ma.
