1 pk cream cheese, cubed
4 oz shredded parmesan cheese
4 Tbs butter
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lb chicken breast (sliced)
1 pk refrigerated fettuccini
sprig of parsley for garnish
salt and pepper to taste
red pepper flakes (optional)
1 Tbs olive oil
Directions:
1. Pour cream in medium sauce pan and place on low heat. Add garlic and cream cheese. Allow cream to cook, on low, for approximately 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
2. Once cream is warm, gently whisk until cream cheese is fully incorporated. Stir in butter. Gradually whisk in parmesan cheese (1 oz at a time) until cheese is fully incorporated. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cover sauce and allow it to simmer on very low heat for approximately 10 mins. Stir occasionally.
4. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Sautee with olive oil in skillet until chicken is fully cooked. Remove from skillet. (While chicken is cooking, start boiling pasta water in large pot)

7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
